How it all began.
Teknicool Air Conditioning was opened up in 2008 and has been expanding continuously. The factor for that development? We are a business that provides and also mounts real top quality, reliable as well as contemporary air conditioning and heating system.

Since starting his apprenticeship in 2005, Sam Masri has always carried the philosophy of “quality over quantity.” Carrying this mindset as he opened Teknicool in 2008, Sam has always made sure to be as hands on as possible in every job he takes on. This ensures that every job is done correctly and professionally. This helped build Teknicool’s reputation of not only being fully insured, but also having each installation handled directly by Sam and his experienced employees, instead of having it done by subcontractors or an unlicensed professional.

We've had a ducted air conditioner installed on mounts that were required last year and also had it serviced. The Teknicool team have been great to deal with and definitely recommend. Sam and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional. I do not usually leave reviews but am doing this for the great work, ease in dealing with the teknicool team and hassle free process. Very happy with Sam and his team. Quoting was quick and easy. He helped me get strata approval within 24hrs. The install was quite difficult but he managed do it while not charging any extra for the complexity. Will definitely use and recommend his services again in the future.
Sam and his team installed a ducted air con unit for my house. The whole process of getting the quotes, advice on units and planning was efficient. Easy to communicate to and straight to the point. Had a Daikin Cora 4.6 split system installed in my 2 bedroom unit last week & I'm very happy with it. It's so quiet inside & outside. Perfect for apartment living. Although I haven't had the opportunity to really use it for a longer period, but I know I will have a very comfortable summer this year. Sam advised me via many emails the best unit for my situation & was always very quick with his responses,.

We ordered a split Daikin air con unit for our home and Sam was very helpful from the opening phone call, subsequent home visit to quote and finally the installation. They returned my phone calls in a timely manner, turned up to scheduled appointments on time and also phoned me before the appointments to let me know they would be arriving soon.

Sam and his team were absolutely fantastic for my ducted air-con install. I had 4 different air-con installers come to look at the job. 3 of them said that ducting to back part of my house wasn't possible due to a flat roof extension. Teknicool were the only ones to say it would be fine. And it was. Making the impossible, possible. And their prices were really good too. They were on time, professional and courteous.
These guys are great. Sam and his team installed our Daikin air conditioning system in a very efficient manner at a great price. The highlight of the installation was that the team managed to install an air conditioning outlet on flat roof extension area (which was considered almost impossible to install!) which we normally use for entertaining. This is a huge value add for us.
Sam and his team installed our 3 zone today and they did a really amazing job. Right from the very point when we first contacted Sam, he listened to our requirements and made very helpful suggestions. When he came out to site with his team, they were really efficient and ensured nothing was damaged while drilling holes and cutting out the outlets for the vents. Sam and his crew did a great job installing our new Split System Daikin air conditioner. They did not try to upsell me, they suggested a smaller package given the area size, which I really appreciated. The installation job was done quickly, in an hour, and very professionally, no mess. Polite, friendly service. Very smart idea to give prices for standard back-to-back packages on the website as well.
Sam was very helpful from the planning phase right through to the installation phase. Where other installers were recommending me to install a bigger KW system, Sam advised a smaller system was more appropriate for our townhouse and usage. This saved money for the installation and will save me for the ongoing running cost.

I cant recommend TekniKool highly enough. We were recommended to them by our neighbours and Sam lived up to his name. He arrived on the day he said and on time. He arrived with his team of 3 and installed a 12.5Kw ducted system within 6hrs . This was in a 2 storey house with 5 outlets and 3 different zones and a complicated roof space. I did pay for the AirTouch3 system which gives me access via my phone with its own App.
