I decided to go with Teknicool because their staff were very responsive to my emails, and helped me throughout the whole process. From quote, to planning, to installation. I'm very happy with how the air-conditioning works, since it is quiet but cools the whole room very effectively. Bear in mind if you want to get them in for weekend works you'll need to book a number of weeks ahead.

When I was looking for an A/C I read the reviews and found Teknikool Air Conditioning, they had very positive reviews. I sent an email and I got a reply very quickly, I asked for a quote All I needed to supply was the floor plan of my unit. I got a reply again very quickly and I didn't have to wait for installation for very long, even though it was in the very hot period, Sam the owner and his team were on time, Sam rang me to give me a time. They were very efficient, well mannered and cleaned up as well. It was installed very quickly, i rang to ask a question about 1h after they left, after hours and Sam got back to me straight away. Very happy with my A/C . Sam thank you to you and your team, your customer service is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cant recommend TekniKool highly enough. We were recommended to them by our neighbours and Sam lived up to his name. He arrived on the day he said and on time. He arrived with his team of 3 and installed a 12.5Kw ducted system within 6hrs . This was in a 2 storey house with 5 outlets and 3 different zones and a complicated roof space. I did pay for the AirTouch3 system which gives me access via my phone with its own App. A very good decision. TekniKool - Very good service, Very good Company.

Don’t go near this company, especially if you are a woman. The disrespect and disregard for me was INSULTING. The person on the phone couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Told me...go to website fill out contact form. After all the aggravation, I’m told can’t do anything for months...WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.....WHO NEEDS AIR CON IN MAY. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. I Will never deal with this company and advise you to go elsewhere.....plenty of installers happy to assist...

I called them to install a split AC in my unit, all I got told was to fill a form on their website, spent the next hour scouring their website for the for that illusive form to no avail. They got good rating from Google but their services are appaling... I ended up looking else where, I guess they are too busy for my services

Disappointing initial contact and inquiry process. Was referred by friends and saw the great reviews on Google. Was asked to submit an online inquiry and then went back and forth via emails for a few days explaining what I need, sending pictures of current units, them asking about room sizes and size of aircons I need etc. Well, thats the advice I was looking for. Wasted my time without really getting to an outcome. I understand as a business you may be busy at this time of the year to take on more work - just let me know up-front and I can find someone else. You cant have your cake and eat it too.

He responded promptly to all inquiries made through emails or by phone. During the quotation process, Sam provided sound technical advice and demonstrated that he could adapt flexibly to our requirements. An important aspect, which influenced our decision, was the reassurance that he would be on site throughout the installation process and oversee any work conducted. Sam and his colleague came out to install my panasonic 3.5kw and 8kw aircon units today. They were punctual, professional and was very happy with the installation and service provided.He also cleaned up afterwards and showed me how to use the aircon before leaving.Am so pleased with the quality of the service I am booking to install a unit at a relatives place.Thanks heaps Sam and team.

Sam and his crew did a great job installing our new Split System Daikin air conditioner. They did not try to upsell me, they suggested a smaller package given the area size, which I really appreciated. The installation job was done quickly, in an hour, and very professionally, no mess. Polite, friendly service. Very smart idea to give prices for standard back-to-back packages on the website as well, this way there is no ambiguity and the process is very fast and seamless. Do yourself a favour and go with TeknikoolTeknicool has tons of 5 star reviews, responded super quickly over email, and gave me a great quote with a discount (as this was replacing the old split system with a new one vs. a brand new install). They came today, called to give me an expected arrival time, arrived on time, installed the split system within two hours, cleaned after themselves and all with a smile.When I asked them about the ‘whistling' sound from the ducted aircon that had been poorly installed by another AC company, Sam came upstairs, got some special 3M tape and properly sealed the air intake so that it’s now dead quiet. He didn’t charge me for that.Now that’s service from Teknicool. 5 star service.That’s why if you’re thinking about going with another AC company, like ACG for your air conditioning job, you should think twice. I did and I never will again (check my google review of them, they did a poor job of installing the ducted AC and for one year I tried to get them to come back and fix it). I didn’t go with Teknicool the first time, but now I know that for my future air conditioning jobs, I won’t go anywhere else. And I think you should to!

Replaced an air conditioner that was installed illegally and "cheaply". Did a proper install - 7.1Kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SRC71ZRA-W split. Was quick (about 3 hours), efficient, neat, tidy and competitively priced. My install involved some drilling, and installing of a circuit breaker, and also removal of previous (bodgy - cheap and nasty) installation. Very happy with their workmanship and service. Would highly recommend and use again without hesitation. Only downside is they don't accept credit cards - COD or Internet transfers only (as of March 2018)

This is my first Google review and just like everyone before me, Sam and team get a 5 Star, keep up the good work.Came across Teknikool when searching for on A/C, rather than getting a few quotes we decided to contact Sam based on 100% 5 star reviews on Google. We couldn't be happier with the choice, from the beginning when we first contacted Sam, he listened to our requirements he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails, turned up on time, cleaned after the installation. Sam and the team also managed to install 2 outlets into the back of the house which is a flat roof which I thought almost impossible to install.

Very happy with the work. Prices are reasonable and the guys were all very friendly. No mucking around either, guys got the installation of 6 vents, 3 zones ducted A/C done in half a day (on a 40 degree day) before 1pm so we were ready to use the A/C when it was really starting to get hot. I needed air conditioning in my house and resorted to Google search to find help. Of the three companies I contacted, the one that responded quickly and efficiently was TekniKool Air Conditioning. They offered a verbal quote without visiting the site, then followed up with an 'on site' inspection since the location of the unit was a bit awkward. They then followed up that same evening with a written quote which I felt was most reasonable. Then came the tricky part - it was days before Christmas, when could I get my badly needed air conditioner installed. There was only the Christmas break between quoting and installing the unit, but the day of the installation fell on a day which was 35 degrees. This did not deter the 3 men who came to do the installation; despite the heat and the humidity, they worked quickly and efficiently and the unit was installed and working within 2 hours. They were incredibly neat and clean, even taking the time to vacuum the room where the unit was installed, leaving the place immaculate. I have had a lot of success using Google search as a search engine, and I am so grateful and so glad it 'gave me' TekniKool. they went way beyond what I expected, and on a day that most companies would have simply not worked they came and did the job because they simply did not want to let me down. They didn't - and to them I say a very big 'thank you', and heartily recommend them to anyone needing such a service.

Five star service. Sam was really easy to deal with and provided recommendations which actually saved on installation costs. I rang around lots of other companies but they never got back to me, except one other . He got back to me promptly and did everything via email and photos which saved a lot of time as I am time poor. Price was very reasonable and beat the other quote. Very professional and installation was a breeze as live in apartment on the second floor. Very happy with my air conditioner and the best part was he was able to install it before Xmas which was a big bonus. Would happily recommend Sam and would definitely use him again. Loving my Daikin air conditioner and thanks very much Sam.
