Sam & and his team were very polite, courteous and thorough. Absolute minimum of mess, resulting in the absolute minimum of clean up. It is Sam's business and so he is always protecting it. Did not leave until he had tested each "zone" for air flow. Explained digital display and pre-set all that he could. Had a Daikin Cora 4.6 split system installed in my 2 bedroom unit last week & I'm very happy with it. It's so quiet inside & outside. Perfect for apartment living. Although I haven't had the opportunity to really use it for a longer period, but I know I will have a very comfortable summer this year. Sam and his team were absolutely fantastic for my ducted air-con install. I had 4 different air-con installers come to look at the job. 3 of them said that ducting to back part of my house wasn't possible due to a flat roof extension. Teknicool were the only ones to say it would be fine. And it was. Making the impossible, possible. And their prices were really good too. They were on time, professional and courteous.

These guys are great. Sam and his team installed our Daikin air conditioning system in a very efficient manner at a great price. The highlight of the installation was that the team managed to install an air conditioning outlet on flat roof extension area (which was considered almost impossible to install!) which we normally use for entertaining. This is a huge value add for us.

When he came out to site with his team, they were really efficient and ensured nothing was damaged while drilling holes and cutting out the outlets for the vents. They did not try to upsell me, they suggested a smaller package given the area size, which I really appreciated. The installation job was done quickly, in an hour, and very professionally, no mess. Sam was very helpful from the planning phase right through to the installation phase. Where other installers were recommending me to install a bigger KW system, Sam advised a smaller system was more appropriate for our townhouse and usage. This saved money for the installation and will save me for the ongoing running cost.

I cant recommend TekniKool highly enough. We were recommended to them by our neighbours and Sam lived up to his name. He arrived on the day he said and on time. He arrived with his team of 3 and installed a 12.5Kw ducted system within 6hrs . This was in a 2 storey house with 5 outlets and 3 different zones and a complicated roof space. I did pay for the AirTouch3 system which gives me access via my phone with its own App.
